SHIPPING

We currently offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at the checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or opened/used items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will do our best to make things right. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
